Before you start the trial

What do I actually get in the three days?
The platform on your own server, so you can test the engine against your real streams, your real hardware and your real customer load. The trial leaves out AI service and GPU processing — everything else in the table is there.
Do I need to move everything to try it?
No. You can run SolusTV V2 alongside your current platform during the trial and migrate properly afterwards. Migration is free either way.
Is "unlimited AI tokens" really unlimited?
Yes, on the Premium plan — because the models run on your hardware rather than on someone else’s service, there is no per-minute meter behind it. AI is not part of the three-day trial; ask us for a demonstration of it instead.
Will my customers' apps stop working?
No. The old Xtream API is supported, so the apps your customers already have keep working exactly as they do now. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to resubmit.
What happens after the three days?
If it is doing what you need, your first month is €100 and it renews at €200 a month after that, with AI and GPU switched on and everything carrying straight over. If it is not, tell us why — that is the more useful outcome for us.
Is support really included?
Yes — live chat and tickets, 24 hours a day, at no additional cost. Messages are translated automatically in both directions, so you write in your own language and are answered in it.
