Can a reseller sell something I didn't authorise?
No. Reseller packages define exactly what each partner is allowed to sell, and their credits can only be spent within that. The limits are set by you, not negotiated by them.
What does white-label actually mean here?
A reseller can present the service under their own name and their own domain. Their customers see their brand. You keep the platform, the limits and the record of everything happening underneath.
How deep can the chain go?
Resellers can have their own sub-resellers, so a partner can build a network beneath them. Every level still operates inside the package you defined at the top.
How do I know where a reseller's credits went?
There's a full history of every credit movement — bought, spent on creating a customer, spent on a renewal. A disputed balance is a question with an answer rather than an argument.
Do resellers get their own login?
Yes. There's a separate reseller portal, distinct from the owner's panel, with its own currency and presentation settings.
